Springwood State High was successful in being selected as an Independent Public School (IPS) commencing in 2017.  Springwood High has a reputation for the provision of high quality educational opportunities through academic programs, university, training and industry links.  Our vision 'the highest expectations' is evident through our five platforms of Academic Excellence, Community, Sport and the Arts, Pathways and Student Wellbeing. Located on Springwood Road, the school is nestled amongst fifty five acres of bushland. Springwood High is a coeducational school offering an extensive range of academic and vocational pathways to students from years 7 through 12

Our three values - Respect, Cooperation and Industry - are the basis for all relationships and activities at Springwood State High School and result in confident, resilient young adults with great school and community spirit. ​​Parents and carers are invited to attend a Principal school tour which will showcase our engaging and committed learning environment, facility upgrades to compliment our strong academic and pathways focus, encompassed by serene bushland. 

Springwood State High School is dedicated to providing high quality educational opportunities through academic programs, innovative lessons integrating technology and supporting our students to reach their potential while achieving their goals within a caring and supportive well-being framework.

Tours begin at 9am in the Administration block and will take approximately an hour.

  • Monday 4th and 18th June
  • Monday 23rd July
  • Monday 6th and 20th August
